Hi frnz i have a problem when i try to download any app on my nokia 5300 an error msg comes on screen 'certificates not on phone or sim' where i can get these certificates like verisign?plz plz plz help me (14 years ago)

go into setup wizard and use keyword certificates it should help (14 years ago)

i think u've deleted certificates.. Check ur security settings>certificate management . Here u will find certificates (athority certificates) see there verisign n other certificates. Click a certificate and change its suite settings > app. Installation to yes. if u dont find certificates there, format ur phone. and check. If pblm nt solved u should go care centre. (14 years ago)

xxx u go ur restore setting n restore ur phone but ur phones display show two settings 1st only restore phone 2nd one is restore all the settings but mind it u click restore all the settings button n ur problem will sollow automatically... (14 years ago)
