manish bro if you have S60 nokia handset then you can unlock your memory card by using FExplorer 1st download FExplorer then password will be store in a simple file that can be found in C:\System folder file is called MMCstore and should be renamed as a .txt file can be opened your password will be in th end of file in the form of various characters sorry my english is not good may be you got what I said  (12 years ago)
