Is a song better if you skim through it, or if you take the time to really listen?
Is food better if you cram it down your throat, or if you savor every bite and really appreciate the flavor?
Is your time spent with a friend or loved one better if you have a rushed meeting interrupted by your emails and text messages,
or if you can relax and really focus on the person?
Life as a whole is better if you go slowly,
Take the time to savor it,
Appreciate every moment.
That’s the simplest reason to slow down.

WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING
PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING..
What qualifies our worry?
Anything that drains our tank of joy-something we
cannot change,
something we are not responsible for,
something we are unable to control,
something that frightens us, keeps us awake when we should be asleep..
All of that now needs to be switched from our worry list to our prayer list..Give each worry-one by one-to God..Tell him we will no longer keep anxiety to ourselves..Let God handle it..

Soft hair of your teddy bear,
A friend you know who will always care.
The sound of a newborn baby's cry,
The first time they open their eyes.
A sweet smell of a yellow rose,
This is something you will always know.
A true love that you have found,
You know your hearts will always be bound.
